The 30th Celebration expansion is set to release on September 16, 2026, as part of the game’s first simultaneous global launch, and for the first time, you can choose which language to celebrate in.

Each Chinese envelope contains 6 cards, all foil. There are no ordinary cards in this expansion: each of the six is special. And on top of that, the booster pack guarantees an illustrated Pikachu, as part of a collection of artworks dedicated to the anniversary. It’s impossible to open this one without winning a prize.

The highlight of the set is the new rarity Futuristic Rare, featuring Mew EX and Mewtwo EX. Releasing one is cause for celebration in itself; releasing it in Simplified Chinese makes it a card that almost no one else will have in their collection.
