This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work in our store, in accordance with Spanish and European consumer protection regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days From the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the order, you may cancel the purchase without giving any reason. All you need to do is notify us within that period and return the product to us.
2. Return Policy: The seal matters
Trading Card Game products (booster packs, boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, bundles, tins, collections) contain random cards and its value lies precisely in that undisclosed content. That is why we can only accept returns of products that meet these conditions:
- The The factory seal is intact and the product has not been opened.
- It retains its original packaging in good condition.
- For stuffed animals and other merchandise: unused and with their original tags.
Once a card product has been opened or unsealed, it cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal: the random contents have already been revealed, and the product loses its original value.
3. Products that cannot be returned
- Any TCG product opened or with a broken seal.
- Individual cards that have been removed from their original sleeve or protective case.
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.
If your order included a promotional gift (for example, the Surprise Gift for orders over €50) and the return causes the order total to fall below that amount, the gift must be returned along with the product.
4. How to request a refund
- Write to us at web@shinyhit.com within 14 days, indicating your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will respond to confirm your request and provide you with the return address.
- Please ship the product well-protected. We recommend using a Registered mail with tracking number: You are responsible for the product until we receive it.
- The The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
5. Refunds
- We process the refund within up to 14 days as soon as we receive the returned item (or as soon as you provide proof of shipment).
- Payment is made via the the same payment method that you used for the purchase, at no extra cost.
- If you return the entire order under the right of withdrawal, the refund will also include the standard initial shipping cost.
- If the product arrives opened, damaged, or incomplete due to insufficient protection during return shipping, we may apply a proportional deduction to depreciation.
Once the refund has been processed, it may take a few days for your bank to reflect it in your account. If you haven't seen it after 7 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it.
6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect product
We carefully check and pack every order, but if something arrives damaged, we'll take care of it:

- We will offer you the a replacement product or a full refund, including all shipping costs, with your choice of delivery method.

- The release dates are those announced by the manufacturer and are subject to change; if a release is significantly delayed, you can cancel your pre-order at no cost.
- Once the pre-order product has been received, the same terms apply 14-day cancellation period than with any other purchase.
8. Canceling an order before shipment
If you change your mind right after making a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at web@shinyhit.com. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel it and refund the full amount.
