The Pokémon ex Box 30th Anniversary Celebration is one of the best ways to get started with the Pokémon TCG 30th Anniversary set right from day one. Each box includes a holographic promo card, a jumbo display card, and 4 booster packs from the 30th Celebration expansion.
There are two models to choose from: Sylveon EX and Greninja EX. Both cards have a loyal following, each with its own promo and jumbo version, and you’ll be able to choose a model when we open pre-orders. Those who can’t decide already know how this ends: with both boxes at home.
This box set is set to be released on September 16, 2026, the day of the 30th Celebration premiere, which will mark the first simultaneous global release in the 30-year history of the Pokémon TCG. The commemorative set follows the style of Celebrations 2021 and offers compelling features: all cards are foil; every booster pack guarantees one of the 30 Pikachu illustrated by 30 different artists; the Futuristic Rare rarity debuts with Mew ex and Mewtwo ex by YOSHIROTTEN; and there’s a Classic Collection subset featuring historic reprints.
Between the promo card, the jumbo card, and the four booster packs, it's a well-balanced set: a surefire addition to any collection and the excitement of opening them all in the same box—all at a reasonable price for what the set offers.
